EVENTS

The Optimist Club of Aurora has participated in many events over the years. We run our own events including an annual Chess Tournament and partner with Town of Aurora on their events including Family Day Arctic Adventure, Haunted Forest, Easter Egg Hunt and Canada Day activities. Our mobile kitchen can be found at many school, sport and fair events throughout the year. We’ve gained a great reputation providing quality food at these events.

Road Rally Recap

On May 25th, we at the Optimist Club of Aurora were thrilled to host our first-ever Road Rally — a fun-filled scavenger hunt around town featuring themed teams, creative challenges, and point-based tasks. With over 100 participants of all ages, it was a fantastic day of community spirit, laughter, and friendly competition. We were proud to serve a delicious BBQ lunch to all participants and share in the joy of the day. This event was a wonderful kickoff to our 40th anniversary celebrations. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing community — your support makes it possible for us to continue offering valuable programs for Aurora’s youth.
